Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services (NPHS) is a HUD approved non profit housing counseling agency providing honest and unbiased information to troubled homeowners. We understand the confusion and frustration these trying times may bring, and offer a single point of contact for information on short sales and foreclosure prevention assistance. Through the help of our highly trained professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in foreclosure prevention and short sale negotiations, NPHS offers FREE, no-obligation consultations for homeowners facing foreclosure. As a non profit organization, we will work to understand your situation, and at your direction, can determine what options are available to you – all at NO COST!
NPHS is a charter member of NeighborWorks®America, the administrator of the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling program; awarding $307.5 million in grants to state housing finance agencies, HUD-approved counseling intermediaries, and local nonprofit counseling agencies for counseling. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization one of the keys to our success, not readily available to the public, are the many resources available to us through our national nonprofit network.
